Senior Project Reviewer role includes reviewing ALTA surveys to industry and ALTA standards; and corresponding with surveyors and clients to make corrections. Check and verify title commitments and supportive documentation on each survey.

Responsibilities:

Reviews all 1st drafts – 1st draft reviews should be completed within 2 business days of receipt.
Saves and responds to all client comments/revision requests. Processes to FPs
Sends zoning reports to the surveyor when received with 1st draft Review Comments
Will address any zoning-related questions or revision requests with the appropriate analyst.
Saves and logs revised drafts of survey and zoning and distributes them to the client.
Requests quotes from surveyors/zoning for add-on work.
Request, save, and distribute final S&S survey PDFs when approved by the client.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

The pay range for this California position is $24.04- $33.66 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
