NV5 has an immediate need for an IT Systems Administrator in its Hollywood, FL office. The ideal candidate will provide technical work, which entails successful completion of sequential tasks, developing procedures to accomplish assigned tasks, excellent client service, and achieving accountabilities.

• Provide end user hardware/software support
• Provide office telecommunications support
• Provide additional office hardware support (printers, plotters, etc.)
• Document and maintain support issues
• Perform hardware/software installations (ram upgrades, hard drive replacements, video cards, etc.)
• Perform new hire/term IT process (e.g. create/delete user, phone, voicemail accounts, set up new systems)
• Perform moves/adds/changes as required (hardware, software, cabling and telephone/voicemail systems)
• Provide assistance to senior IT staff as directed
• Support network infrastructure working with the Systems Engineering team
• Support of remote offices and individuals

Qualifications:

• College/Technical Schooling or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years IT support background
• Experience working with following environments: Windows 10, Windows 11 & Windows Server 2012 operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, Network Storage

Physical Requirements:

• Will frequently need to position self to maintain computers and equipment under desks.
• Will frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Normal working hours:Mon Friday 8am 5pmOn call as needed
