We are a residential property management company located in Grand Blanc, MI. We are looking to hire a well-rounded Maintenance Man or "Handyman" to complete various tasks, from simple maintenance repairs to COMPLETE REMODELS.
When no maintenance work orders are needed to be done you will be completely rehabbing a house. This means that you must be experienced in all aspects of a house/general construction. You will be responsible for seeing a property be completed from start to finish.
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL OF THESE AREAS**
- Electrical
- Light plumbing
- Framing of new walls & able to frame in windows
- Painting
- Flooring install and repair
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
- Make ready units for new move‐ins
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems is a major plus

- Possess basic general maintenance knowledge
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with tenants, visitors, and contractors.
- Have the necessary tools to effectively complete the tasks outlined above.
- Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Pass a criminal background check
- Possess a clean driving record
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Have reliable transportation
