The CRO directs the organization’s enterprise risk management program and oversees Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit Activities, including BSA/OFA Reporting/ Administration, Pre and Post Funding Loan Quality Reviews, Fraud Mitigation, Real Estate and Facilities Management, Physical and Information Security, Corporate Insurance Coverage, Litigation, Contract Review, Vendor Management, Business Continuity Activities, and Strategic Project Management functions. This position monitors the organization’s risk profile including the implications of Nuvision’s regional operating model and executes risk management strategies to support the organization’s short and long term goals, stability and growth. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining adequate internal control structures. Enhances the credit union’s ability to successfully serve the membership while minimizing risk. This position acts as the liaison between the credit union and the Supervisory Committee.
