Position Overview

Ready to jumpstart your career in financial sales? NuView Trust Company is seeking a Sales Representative to help drive new business within our Retail Sales Department. The Sales Representative will focus on helping clients establish self-directed retirement accounts while maintaining new and current relationships. The Sales Representative will work closely with the Business Development team to facilitate and qualify leads. The Sales Representative should be comfortable in presenting and speaking to prospective clients individually, at events or via small presentations. The Sales Representative will have the opportunity to travel to events to further their base of sales skills while targeting new prospective relationships. The Sales Representative will work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Executive Leadership team.

*Pay is $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) with a monthly commission structure*

Responsibilities

 · Identify sales opportunities within current and new relationships
· Provide general support to the Business Development Representative to ensure monthly goals are exceeded
·Provide prospective clients information about retirement account types and investments options (non-advisory)
· Report all sales leads and activities in Hubspot
· Prepare and present proposals
· Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify and develop ideas that deliver sales results and excellent client experience
· Opportunity for travel to events and conferences

Requirements

· College degree preferred

·Financial/banking knowledge preferred

·Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Detail-oriented and organized

·Strong multitasking capabilities

·Driven and positive attitude

· Background and Credit Check will be completed
