We need a Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice with an already established patients base. We are seeking an NP who is a excellent with elderly population population and very comfortable in pain and arthritis management with natural medicine seen as a plus.

Our NP must be guided by healthcare principles but also be flexible with the realistic needs of our diverse patient population. Serve as an effective communication link between patient and clinic staff by gathering information from patients. Coordinate services for all patients who are part of the assigned panel, focusing on gaps in care and clinic identified strategies for specified populations including those with serious, complex health problems. Communicates with patient directly to discuss preventative care needs and refers patients with medical concerns to appropriate clinical staff

We would like an NP with at least two years of full time practice experience, but are willing to consider a newer practitioner with excellent judgement and skills.

This NP must enjoy working with people, and have a warm, likable personality. We are seeking an NP who really cares about their patients and is willing to “go the extra mile” when needed for their care, but also maintain good boundaries with patients.
