About the Role
We're looking for an inspiring General Manager to spearhead our day-to-day operations and steer our business towards exciting growth opportunities. Reporting directly to our Co-Owners, you'll be the driving force behind our strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership, all while keeping a keen eye on our financial health and profitability.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Co-Owners, aiming to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
· Conduct thorough market analyses to identify untapped opportunities and propose strategic initiatives for business growth.
· Take charge of our financial health by meticulously managing our budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
· Cultivate a culture of excellence, respect, and effective communication across the organization, fostering a positive work environment and strong team morale.
· Lead and mentor our team, recruiting top talent, nurturing their development, and empowering them to excel in their roles.
· Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing internal processes, systems, and client offerings to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
· Collaborate closely with Co-Owners to retain and expand our client base, developing innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs and preferences.
· Oversee the successful execution of strategic projects, evaluating performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
· Maintain positive relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers, ensuring alignment with our company values and objectives.
· Lead annual strategic planning processes in partnership with Co-Owners, incorporating revenue, profit, people, and environmental goals to drive long-term success.
Who You Are
· A visionary leader with at least 10 years in leadership roles, preferably in consumer-facing businesses.
· Highly skilled in strategic planning, with a knack for turning insights into action and growth.
· Financially savvy, with solid experience in managing budgets, revenue, and profitability.
· An advocate for sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
· A strong communicator who values teamwork, with a history of building and maintaining positive relationships.
· Holds a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business or a related field.
