Nutrition Works is a family owned business that is located in Womelsdorf and has thrived in the Berks County area for over 35 years. We are a Natural Health Clinic and retail store. We currently are hiring for a Retail Store Associate that is customer service oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, goal oriented and results driven.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain a primary focus on customer service.
• Complete daily ordering and receiving to achieve correct stock levels.
• Adjust product mix, stock levels, and merchandising to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• Support and participate in employee training programs.
• Communicate and report to Clinical Coordinator.
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items that weigh more than 30 pounds.

Required Education and Experience

• Must have computer skills and be able to operate necessary equipment.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of dietary supplements desired.
