Nutrition Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. A Dietitian with previous experience in long term care is preferred. There is potential for part-time remote work and part-time on site work. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition expertise by nutritional assessments and documentation, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assess potential nutritional risks, and implement appropriate medical nutritional therapy interventions.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Previous experience in long term care.

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
