Our Chambersburg PA location is currently hiring a Service Technician. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background with some experience in repairs and troubleshooting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance of agricultural and industrial equipment.
• Perform in field repairs and installation of agricultural and industrial equipment.
• Perform in shop repairs of equipment and parts.
• Customer service and troubleshooting.
• Respond to service calls as directed.
• Inventory management of replacement parts in service trucks and job sites.
• Maintain daily accurate records of data relating to listed responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanically knowledgeable of equipment and sequence of operations.
• Proficient welding skills.
• Dairy Farm experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be willing and able to travel for job requirements as needed.
• Understanding of specialty tools and equipment necessary for troubleshooting and repairing processing equipment.
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain a positive company image.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands required for this position.
• Flexible working schedule for after-hours and weekend service calls.
• Computer experience with Microsoft software (Email, Word, Excel, Etc.)
• Must be able to successfully pass DMV, Background Check.
