This position will report into the Payroll Manager, as part of Nutrien's Human Resource Solution Center (HRSC).

The North America Human Resource Solution Center (HRSC) in Loveland, CO is supporting 25,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada in areas related to benefits and pension administration, payroll and time keeping, and record keeping and reporting.

What you will do :

  • Process end-to-end production of multiple payrolls
  • Support and deliver Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Respond timely to employee and department inquiries
  • Mentor and train Payroll Administrators / Coordinators
  • Collaborate with other functional departments for process reviews and optimization
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as process documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and participating in problem solving

What you will bring :

  • 6 years’ experience producing full cycle, in the delivery of payroll in a large complex organization or a variety of payroll environments (3,000 employees)
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State legislations to ensure compliance
  • Working experience with SAP payroll / Success Factor is an asset
  • Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, team environment
  • Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Rate Range : $30.53 - $41.99 / hour. This range is estimated for Payroll Analyst role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.

In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
