Title: Paid Search Ads Assistant

Job Purpose: Nutricost, a rapidly growing and dominant player in the supplement space, and the official supplement provider for BYU Athletics, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Paid Search Ads Assistant to join our marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in paid search advertising using platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. World-class training in Google and Microsoft Ads platforms will be provided by the company and the Advertising Manager you will be assisting.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Assisting the marketing team and Executive team in generating in-depth reports, extracting insights from the data, and making strategic recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
• Create ad copy for search campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and updates in search engine marketing (SEM).
• Assist in budget tracking and management for paid search campaigns.
• Help in implementing A/B testing strategies to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the data collected and conducting regular checks for errors.
• Optimizing ad accounts based on data-driven insights.
• Depending on the hire, creating, using and implementing scripts to gain efficiencies of time in our search campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Able to write compelling ad copy that highlights our target market’s self-interest.
• Knowledge of Javascript or other scripting languages is not necessary but is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing field.
