Job overview: Supports the Human Resources Department in all aspects of the requisition and hiring process and conducts administrative tasks for the corporate location.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Communicate with the HR Director and collaborate with the department on a regular basis regarding plans and objectives for onboarding and new hires.
? Develop and maintain all employee files; execute all required documentation in a timely manner.
? Regulate a schedule of new hires to onboard, and organize employee files to maintain an updated database and issue to facility administration.
? Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with the appropriate follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
? Develop/maintain contacts and act as liaison with facility administration, corporate team members, and other groups as necessary to meet onboarding and department objectives. ? Review and coordinate candidate acceptances, conduct phone screenings as needed and participate in applicant follow-up as needed.
? Regulate and organize employee files to maintain an up to date record. Include all identification, licensure and medical expirations to follow-up for renewal.
? Completes Background and Medical Sanction screenings, Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
? Perform such other and necessary duties as reasonably requested by management and in accordance with the Facilitys and NutraCos established policies and procedures. ? Provide follow-up and assistance to the companys facilities as needed.
Skills:
? Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet, ADP). ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
