Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Vice President of Marketing Data & Analytics, you will play an important part in driving our future growth by leading our consumer insights team and building a best-in-class marketing analytics function that drives/measures/optimizes growth across a portfolio of investment. You are someone who has a strong background in leveraging insights and data to shape strategy, a deep understanding of how to develop the tools/systems/processes needed to make analytics accessible and understandable and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure there is one version of the truth, and a proven track record of success in building highly effective and efficient teams.

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At:

  • Building and driving the strategic vision and execution of consumer insights and marketing analytics across the entire organization
  • Bringing together multiple disciplines (consumer insights, marketing analytics, brand measurement, digital analytics) to create one team, one learning agenda and one version of the truth
  • Providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of marketing analytics capabilities to measure and driving optimization of Nutrabolt’s marketing investment
  • Building a marketing performance and measurement ecosystem that spans across consumer understanding and lifecycle insights, to diagnostics, to leading indicators, to business impacts – including a holistic measurement framework of marketing efforts across a portfolio of channels, paid and unpaid
  • Leading / influencing the goal setting and OKR process in marketing by empowering data-informed decisions
  • Managing and inspiring a high-performing team of capability builders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional development
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making
  • Training, educating and driving best practices in the consistent application of marketing analytics across the organization
  • Establishing and deploying processes to monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investments
  • Staying at the forefront of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science and digital marketing – providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Investment productivity

    • Accurate and effective consumer insights
    • Revenue growth attributable to marketing

What You Contribute: 

  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, including extensive experience with optimizing, measuring and predicting the impact of marketing investments
  • Success in driving an enterprise view of insights and data, connecting consumer insights – to brand health – to marketing measurement – to business results
  • Experience driving the Marketing OKR and goal-setting process with data and insights
  • 5 years experience building and leading high-performance teams within analytics/insights functions that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Experience in CPG, leading advanced analytics solutions like commercial/marketing mix models and sales lift analyses to optimize marketing investment
  • Experience leading consumer insights function, marketing analytics function and fluency with financial metrics/P&L/business intelligence
  • Innovative problem-solver who leverages marketing analytics to support strategic decision-making and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of building high performance teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and team player
  • Strategic and innovative thinker who can deliver results that are aligned to business goals and objectives
  • Has a growth-mindset, with accountability, urgency and a desire to win
