Nutrabolt is Hiring a C4® Energy Regional Field Marketing Manager - South/Central Near Austin, TX

Note to applicants: This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around our southern major markets which includes: Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Florida. 

Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Regional Manager for the South, you will oversee and manage relations between Nutrabolt and our DSD Distributor Partners in the South. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and will be responsible for carrying out the tactical strategies laid out by that business leader. This position requires 30% travel as you will be responsible for working with and assessing each Area Sales Manager and outlining areas of opportunity for them and the DP market that they cover.

What You're Good At:

  • Your responsibilities are split between managing a team of Area Sales Managers & Distributor Partner Management.
  • You will offer product training and support for our retail partners, along with the building and maintaining of personal relations that we attempt to leverage in order to influence sales, on hands, etc.
  • You will manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
  • You will manage multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district, via RSD planning & oversight.
  • You will recommend & implement sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies, with RSD approval.
  • You will evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
  • You will help guide and give direction to each Area Sales Manager to try and maximize our efficiency and ensuring the best outreach to our retail partners we can offer.
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Sampling Goals
    • Trainer Network
    • Demo Conversion
    • Partnerships
    • Store Volume Lift

What You Contribute:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • Has experience managing a team and proven track record as a leader
  • Emphasize excellence and encourage high energy level
  • Must be available to work varied days and hours (potentially nights and weekends)
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable under our companies policy
  • A strong understanding of our brand
  • Sales planning expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Great initiative, organization, and adaptability skills
