Job Description:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The Solar Sales Executive will generate new business by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site assessments, presenting proposals, and, most importantly, closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
As a direct-to-home seller, your role entails closing as many qualified clients as possible while maintaining the highest level of integrity and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct site assessments to determine solar energy system needs and feasibility
• Develop and present customized solar energy proposals to customers
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our solar products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Solar or adjacent industries is a MAJOR plus!
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with solar energy systems and related technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
