We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative III/Lending Consultant to join our Contact Center. As a Member Service Representative III/Lending Consultant, you will provide members and potential members with excellent service in a call center environment by being knowledgeable in all functions and processes regarding transactional and lending operations, answering calls, troubleshooting, and resolving member issues, specific to processing of loan applications, and opening new memberships. Additionally, you will be a trusted financial resource by utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members’ financial needs by effectively processing and supporting online lending applications and membership needs through virtual delivery channels.

To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience. This position is one part member service and one part loan administration. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and critical thinking. 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Specific experience in financial services with one to three years of accounts, specialty products and lending.

  • Knowledge of Contact Center platforms.

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via chat, phone, and email.
  • Experience in multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, cross selling, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service. 

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.

Contact Center hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 8:00-3:00pm.
