REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (Can take any state)
• Minimum (3) Years of Experience in Surgical and PACU
• Pre and Post-Op Experience Required
• Must be Flexible and willing to Float to ER if needed

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona
• Any State License Accepted

This is a 245,000 square foot acute care IHS hospital located in Fort Defiance, AZ. Hospital services include a 24/7 Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, 56-bed inpatient unit, including ICU, Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU), Labor and Delivery (L&D) and an inpatient Adolescent Care Unit (ACU).
