Additional Details:

• Will work in L&D, Post Partum rooms and BFHI babies room with moms
• Average 40 Deliveries per Month
• Average 6 C-sections per Month
• May have to cover as charge nurse, on occasion

REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (Can take any state)
• Minimum (5) Years of recent L&D Experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced FHM

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona
• Can Accept Any State License

This is a 245,000 square foot acute care IHS hospital located in Fort Defiance, AZ.
