REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (Can accept any state)
• Minimum (2) Years of Primary Care Experience
• Strong Critical Thinking & Triage Skills
• Knowledge of Emergency Severity Index (ESI)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)

• Arizona Preferred
• Any State License Accepted

This is a 245,000 square foot acute care IHS hospital located in Fort Defiance, AZ. Nestled in a ponderosa environment on the Colorado Plateau, backcountry hiking is in abundance for outdoor enthusiasts! Hospital services include a 24/7 Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, 56-bed inpatient unit, including ICU, Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU), Labor and Delivery (L&D) and an inpatient Adolescent Care Unit (ACU).
