Executive Liaison and Projects Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly intelligent, driven, and self-starting individual to fill the role of Executive Liaison and Projects Coordinator. This position will directly assist the CEO with corporate and personal matters, requiring a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, great attention to detail, instinctive initiative, wide versatility, outstanding verbal as well as written communication, and world-class people skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Knowledge: Ability to review, understand, and process metrics pertaining to the business to provide the CEO with executive summaries.
- Email & Contacts Management: Ability to triage, respond to, elevate, and organize the CEO's email inbox, ensuring communications are prioritized and responded to promptly.
- Schedule and Travel Management: Coordinate the CEO's busy schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Additionally, manage travel and lodging arrangements for other executives as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of local and corporate events, ensuring they run smoothly and are executed flawlessly.
- Other Business Interests & Community Involvement: The CEO has a wide range of businesses and community interests, some of which includes: various charities, executive boards, ongoing education, construction, property managament, and other projects.
- Executive Maintenance: Anticipate needs and resolve them. Assist the CEO with daily tasks that allow him to focus on high-level business matters only.
