As a dedicated On-Call Home Health RN, you'll offer expert nursing care to patients across diverse age groups and diagnoses. Your role encompasses providing holistic care, safeguarding patient well-being, and facilitating clear communication between healthcare professionals and patients. You'll operate on a rotational schedule, equipped with the necessary tools and benefits to perform your duties effectively.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• Over 1 year of experience in any of the following areas:
  • Home Health
  • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
  • Hospice
  • Acute Care
  • Burn Unit/Wound Clinic
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Critical Care
  • Oncology
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (NJ)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Preferred:

• On-Call Nursing experience (1 years)
• Bilingual
• RN License Number

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care
• Utilize nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care
• Implement prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
• Conduct effective interviews, collect data, and maintain patient safety
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families
• Observe and report patient conditions and reactions
• Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols
• Utilize oral and written communications to convey pertinent information

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 1 week on, 1 week off
• Shift: 4:30 pm-8:30 am
