As the Hospice Clinical Supervisor for our client, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. Your role involves leading and supporting our clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and nurturing a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2 years of experience in Hospice
• 1 years of experience in Home Health
• 2 years of experience in Healthcare Administration
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (MO) and Illinois (IL)

Preferred:

• RN License Number

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met
• Ensure adherence to case management guidelines by each team member
• Assign patients to multidisciplinary teams and adjust schedules as needed
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff concerns and issues
• Train, develop, and mentor staff, including recruitment, orientation, training, and performance evaluations
• Regularly communicate with support staff to assess needs and provide guidance
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving
• Develop staff to meet quality, safety, and competency requirements through training and professional development

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties

Travel:

• Occasional local and regional travel may be required.
