Job Title: LPN / LVN - Per Diem
Facility : Kaiser Permanente San Marcos Medical Offices
Duration: Assignment through 8/31 with possibility of extension
Shift Type: 8:30a – 5:30p; with every other weekend (Including Sundays)
Weekly Hours: Approximately 36-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities/Requirements :

• Must have Ambulatory Care Experience or clinic Experience
• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of California.
• BLS or CPR certifitaion
• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• Telephone messaging experience (a plus).
• Taking vital signs.
• Administering vaccines.
• Providing simple wound care.
• Performing ear lavage.
• Conducting visual and hearing testing.

Job Types: Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
