Nurse Pro Services is Hiring a Secretary/Receptionist Near Tampa, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:
- Front desk experience or similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
