Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical records, medical office procedures, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain patient records in compliance with regulations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
- Retrieve patient records for healthcare providers as needed
- Input data into electronic health record systems
- Assist with coding and billing processes
- Handle release of information requests in accordance with privacy laws
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical records management
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
