RECEPTIONIST/ APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, and performing duties in a competent, efficient and professional manner
- Salon or other reception/administrative experience a plus
- Must be a self-starter and be responsible
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls
- Determine type of appointment needed, determine appointment availability and schedule appointments
- Prioritize guest's need and offer solutions when appropriate
- Utilize superior customer service skills
- Use tact and diplomacy in handling difficult interactions with members
- Possess basic knowledge of all services and products to assist guests
- Actively promote salon programs and promotions
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes in contact with NUOVO Salon Group
