Job Description:

Elite Freight Group., in partnership with Nuovo Elite Work Solutions LLC, is seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
• Verify delivery instructions and ensure accuracy in delivering packages to the correct recipients.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any issues or delays.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and representing the company.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
• *Expected Amount of Stops: 100-150 per day*

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a courier driver or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes, with the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering packages.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
