About The Role....
The Member Service Specialist position is a multi-faceted position with primary responsibilities in both the Teller and Member Service areas.
The expectations of this job are to build member relationships by providing excellent service and offering products that meet member needs.
Please note the schedule for this position is Monday-Saturday. This position requires availability for Saturday. The Credit Union is always closed on Sundays, but employees are required to work Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week.
