NuLife Wellness is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Windham, ME

About us:

NuLife Wellness Center is a medical spa/wellness center in Windham, Maine.

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information to guests and answer their inquiries
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Manage mail and packages, including sorting and distributing them to the appropriate recipients
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail, including proofreading skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
