Basic Job Functions:
The responsibilities of the Processing Solutions Manager include but are not limited to:
- Lead and drive Outside Processing strategy for Sheet and Engineered Bar Groups
- Initial focus will be on Automotive and OEM outside processing
- Coordinate all OP resources for single invoice and direct OEM customer business
- Coordinate and help team build efficiencies in logistics for all processing business across OEMs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at Nucor divisions, processing partners, customers and NexGen systems teammates.
- Lead Outside Processing group to drive costs out and build better efficiencies into our system for our customers and our mills.
- Coordinate and lead key negotiations with processors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years sales or marketing experience
- Must report to Nucor Southfield, MI sales office
- Appropriate travel and entertainment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 year undergraduate degree
- 5 years Automotive Sales & Marketing Experience
