Nucor is Hiring an Operator FIP Line- 2nd Shift Near Arthur, IL
Foam Injected Product Operators (FIP) are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment utilized in the production of foam-injected products.
(Note: 2nd Shift FIP Operators are trained on 1st Shift until training completion)Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain equipment used in the production of foam-injected products
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues that arise
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year of previous general labor and/or machine operator experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- 2 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial machines
- Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus
