Responsibilities for the Detailing Group Leader include but are not limited to : effectively leading the Detailers assigned to his / her group, ensuring aggressive deadlines are met, scope definition, continual communication, and follow-up.

Maximizing department effectiveness through mentoring, coaching and leading individuals to realize and leverage their full potential.

Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor;

therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications :
