- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Support the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects
- Administration of project resources in Planview
- First point of contact for projects when setting up governance, assignment of resources, and approving data deliverables on behalf of our team
- Ensure effective project governance, to ensure delivery of the project and overall program/ portfolio objectives
- Maintenance of our core governance assets (IRM, Data Dictionary)
- Monitor compliance to governance with projects and hold project teams to account for required deliverables on time
- Assessing the requirements of the BT Consumer business with respect to its operational use of our personalization and decisioning platforms (including Oracle Real-Time Decisioning) linking clearly to commercial priorities and our marketing acquisition and retention objectives
- Assembling, coordinating, and directing a broad project team across multiple business functions to agree and deliver coherent and 'fit-for-purpose' solutions on time and on-budget
- Planning and prioritizing changes with the BT Programme Management Group (CPMG) to ensure we achieve the best possible time-to-maximum value
- Be the first point of contact for non-BAU/non-low-impact changes that require end-to-end project management through the lifecycle into production and BAU - being a first point of escalation for relevant stakeholders.
