Job Description:
Clinical Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing and caring for patients with Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) conditions.
Triage and Assessment:
- Assess and triage patients efficiently, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed, and collaborate closely with physicians and providers.
Medication Administration:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient safety.
Communication:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with physicians, providers, and patients.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Adaptability:
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic environment, adjusting to varying patient needs and responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When the primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under the new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
