Overview:

Work at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of BCBAs! Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides ABA services in our clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.

Our Senior Clinical Director directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by providing clinical and operational leadership as we expand the business to help more children in need of ABA services. This team member will also build relationships with the local clinical teams and communities to provide the highest quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with designated PSSs and Centralized Schedulers to maximize the daily schedules in terms of capacity/utilization, productivity and dosage. Performance evaluation is conducted by the RDO.
  • Ensure consistent execution of established policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and funding source requirements for quality-based services across designated markets
  • Clinical
    • Providing support and mentoring to designated Lead BCBAs:
      • On reviewing, behavior intervention plans, assessments, and reassessments
      • Completing Clinic Level QAs
    • Providing company and regulatory supervision, training, and support to BCBAs identified by the Clinical Quality Director, Compliance and QA Director and RDOs.
    • Engaging in and promoting positive, appropriate interactions and relationships with clients families, while training and demonstrating to BCBAs.
    • Coaching and mentoring BCBAs, in accordance with companys policies and applicable laws.
    • Coordinating and supervising special assignments as delegated by the RDO.
  • Operational
    • Working closely with Talent Acquisition Team and Care Coordination Team to optimize clinical capacity in terms of clients and staff
    • Monitoring financial progress of designated clinics, analyzing results, and adjusting, if necessary, to ensure all budget goals are achieved
    • Employing accountability measures and support techniques to ensure success and achievement of regional and company goals.

Qualifications

? 6 years of experience as a BCBA, with progressive leadership responsibilities

? Master's Degree in ABA or a relate field is required

? BCBA Certification required plus state license (if applicable)

? Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

? Previous medical billing and EMR experience required

? Confident communication skills for fielding calls on behalf of the agency and its reprsentatives

? Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods
