First Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 am. ** Summer hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day. ** Salary range: $22 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level. To attract TOP talent, we are adding a $3,200 Hiring Bonus for the Grinder/Finisher/Polisher position.** ** Hiring bonus to be paid out in installments during the first year of employment. Perform any combination of tasks to grind, polish and or finish standard and non-standard parts using a variety of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of experience in stainless steel grinding, straight lining and/or metal polishing required.
Set-up and operate grinding and finishing equipment.
