Nu Skin is Hiring a Sales rep Near Provo, UT

About the Role :

Are you passionate about contributing to engaging work? If you are, we want to talk to you! We are an inbound Call Center with customers and distributors calling in from North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will be helping them grow their business by providing excellent customer service and developing professional relationships as you place orders of all types, set up new accounts, answer questions, and resolve problems.

What you'll do :

  • Simultaneously navigate different programs and software to provide help to distributors.
  • Provide excellent customer support by helping distributors create orders, replacements, refunds, and provide any other service needed.
  • Use resources to answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
  • Communicate with Distributors through phone / email.
  • Dissolve customer concerns and build relationships of trust with distributors and customers.

What you'll need :

  • Digital literacy, keyboard, and typing skills required.
  • Ability to speak English at a native lever required, written, and verbal.
  • Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to diffuse disgruntled customers and build relationships of trust with distributors and customers.
  • Excels with interpersonal skills including a strong ability to personalize and customize individual contacts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to understand the big picture in order to offer solutions.
  • Proven customer service mentality.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, procedures, and information quickly.
  • Aptitude to perform and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a complicated and demanding work environment.
  • A High School education is preferred with 0-2 years of working experience
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin
