Summary: Provides courteous customer service with professional and efficient service. Provides support to the accounts receivable department and performs accounts receivable functions. Support to Sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist in establishing and maintaining customer relationships through processing requests, maintaining their accounts and responding to their inquiries with core functions in the following areas:
· Provide administrative and operational support the CS/AR Manager
· Perform general administrative tasks
· Answer and direct phone inquiries
· Greet visitor and guest warmly, ensuring they are properly signed into the building and direct to the appropriate department or employee
· Learn different areas of daily needs to serve as a back-up for different daily tasks when necessary
· Exercise considerable judgement and discretion
· Compose, type and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails, and faxes
· Maintain filing system
· Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum High School degree
· 1-2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus
· Knowledge of office equipment, printer, and fax machines
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
· Frequently required to sit/stand/walk
· Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and use a keyboard
· Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel and reach
· Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
