Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Indoor Cycling Instructor to join our team. As an Indoor Cycling Instructor, you will lead high-energy cycling classes, motivate participants, and create an exhilarating workout experience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging indoor cycling classes, incorporating music, intervals, and resistance training.
• Provide clear instructions on proper cycling form and technique.
• Create challenging and fun workouts that cater to participants of all fitness levels.
• Motivate and encourage riders to achieve their fitness goals.
• Monitor class participants, ensuring safety and proper bike setup.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the studio.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cycling innovations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor (Spinning®, Schwinn, or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Energetic and passionate about fitness.
• Knowledge of heart rate monitoring and intensity zones.
• Familiarity with bike maintenance and adjustments.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
