Nu Again Deck and Fence is Hiring an Office clerk Near Batavia, IL

Job Summary

You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, collecting money, and mailing information out to customers, as needed.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, set up estimates, and file paperwork
  • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate place
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
