We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake with Matillion) - Onsite to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the design and implementation of Snowflake-based analytics solution (data lake and data warehouse) on AZURE
• This includes: Data and analytics requirements definition, source data analysis and profiling, the logical and physical design of the data lake and data warehouse as well as the design of data integration and publication pipelines
• Develop Snowflake deployment and usage best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of overall experience as a data engineer
• 8 years of experience with platforms: Windows, Linux, Solaris
• 8 years of database experience: MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, Terradata
• 3 years of Cloud technologies experience: Snowflake, DBT, Azure, AWS, Fivetran
• 3 years of development experience: VS Code, Eclipse, Git, Azure Dev Ops, Github

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Experience designing and developing data integration solutions using ELT/ETL tools such as Matillion or dbt
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of cloud data warehouses using Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience in cloud technologies, such as Azure Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL and database table design - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets
• Experience in a role performing data warehouse and analytics solution design and development using a variety of techniques
• Ability to understand data pipelines and modern ways of automating data using cloud-based and on-premise technologies
• Understanding of data architecture design, data modeling, and physical database design and tuning
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Snowflake (SnowPro Core Certification) and other Cloud technologies certifications (Azure Microsoft Certified/ AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
