We are currently seeking a Office 365/Slack Administrator to join our team.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85-$100/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
Summary
Responsible for evaluating the acquired organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those needs with software, hardware, or infrastructure. This includes looking at the system, including information security architecture or application design and development needed to efficiently fulfill user demands. Must have excellent analytical skills to understand the needs of the acquired organization and find solutions to help move the organization forward. Must have good communication skills and seamlessly work with the organization's leadership and IT professionals throughout various projects.
Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with major stakeholders to understand project requirements and design optimal modern workplace solutions within NTT DATA's technology portfolio to meet those requirements.
• Lead a team of developers for custom development efforts like converting InfoPath forms, building web parts, etc.
• Lead in assessing migration tooling capabilities, identify any gaps, and come up with solutions to address them.
• Design and execute proofs-of-concept for future-state modern workplace solutions, including building a business case with costs, benefits, and efficiency measures.
• Technical Strategy & Plans – Establish and/ or mature various technical integration strategies with various partnering engineering teams, create and maintain baseline artifacts, processes, engagement models, and ways of working through a collaborative and iterative mindset.
• Integration management – Responsible for driving solutions for key IT M&A scope areas on acquisitions/ divestitures with various programmatic and technical integration strategies, detailed planning, and coordination activities across various partnering teams.
• Ensure that key stakeholders and staff are engaged during all activities of design and development to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Resolving technical problems as they arise.

Requirements & Skills

• 7 years' experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and Teams
• Previous project management experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Microsoft 365 Application Development Frameworks and Methodologies. Hands on Development experience required.
• Can take a big picture view to look across process/ functional areas, identify dependencies, translate business and IT needs.
• 7 years' experience with IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, information security, site management, IT support, labs, cloud.
• Experience in large IT back/ front office & collaboration systems, as well as cloud migration is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
• Efficient communication skills
• Proficiency in driving IT integration solutions for M&A initiatives, able to define overall approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
• Self-motivated remote worker
• Highly collaborative team-player with few overlap hours with US CST time-zone
• Experience with Google Workspace, Box.com, Dropbox, and Slack is an asset.
