We are currently seeking a IT ERP Application Manager - HYBRID - Manufacturing Domain to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).
Program Management
- Managing the Americas ERP Support engagement for customer
- Manage the P&L of the customer account
- Manage the career progression of the NTT data resources on the account Manage the SLA's agreed to in the SOWDay to Day Responsibilities:
- Successful delivery of defined scope of services in partnership with Practice Service Delivery Leaders
- Responsible for overall delivery and margin on large multi-tower or pooled multi-tower accounts
- Handles client engagements and provide service delivery leadership, governance and builds reference-ability
- Manages critical projects, customer engagements and/or business processes
- Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives
- Accountable for client satisfaction
- Ensuring productivity, pyramid alignment and overall performance of account delivery Expectations
- Receive support from all teams on handling the deliverable issues and improvement appropriately
- Working closely with cross functional teams, product owners, SMEs, enterprise architects, software engineers, manage and prioritize the applications backlog, Backlog Refinement, tickets/ incident resolutions, SLA's, KPIs and other metrics.
- Proactively identify impediments and dependencies and work with cross functional teams to resolve
- Ensures all documentation, tracking and reporting metrics are completed per the delivery timelines.
- Create, monitor, and share team performance metrics, including preparing related progress reports.
- Escalates risks, resource gaps and delays as needed to ensure engagement stays on track
- 15 years of IT Industry experience
- 5 Years experience in Energy, Manufacturing Industries and related ERP processes and workflows
- 5 years of hands-on Technical Project Management experience from initiation through planning, executing, controlling and closing of Enterprise projects.
- 5 years of experience with requirements gathering, technical workshops facilitation, WBS creation, project planning, work prioritization, gap analysis, risk mitigation, project execution, and on time delivery. 5 years of business analysis and documentation of business requirements - functional and non-functional.
- 3 years of software engineering and application integration experience.
- 5 years of experience of managing teams providing application support, issue resolution and production support.
- 5 years of customer facing experience, including managing at least 5 projects simultaneously with multiple development teams in each project
- Experience in managing an Application Management engagement across multiple geographies
- Experience in Infor, Oracle, SAP and/or Legacy ERPs would be advantage
