NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Customer Service Representative-Medicare Part D to join our team for a -6-month temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. JOB SUMMARY

• Responds to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sources.
• Effective delivery of company products and services
• Provides information on equipment, supplies and services.
• Verifies insurance and/or other method of payment.
• Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of relevant and changing Med D guidance
• Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1 year(s) of Healthcare experience working with Medicare and Third party carriers

1 years Customer Service or Call Center experience

1 years(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.

High School Diploma or GED

Type 30 WPM

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary.

Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
