We are currently seeking a EDW Platform Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Administrator with extensive experience working with large state government clients and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) solutions. This role will focus on providing system administration to the platforms, insuring compliance and quality assurance, and directing the enterprise Decisions Support Solution. The individual will work in conjunction with other project components to define data, storage, and retrieval requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide platform administration to all of the state EDW systems to a large state government client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, client satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate closely with state government client stakeholders to understand their specific IT requirements, business objectives, and security compliance needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and state government regulations to continuously enhance EDW Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5years of successful platform administration experience for government or private sector health care data warehouses projects.
• 5 years' experience in Agile and Scrum SDLC methodologies
• 2years of prior experience working with the Teradata platform
• 5 years experience with Medicaid, MMIS development, social services, management ofprojects that required collaboration with other vendors, and management of projects.
• 5 years' experience working with large state government clients in the Indianapolis, IN area demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational needs and compliance requirements.
• Valid ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of state government IT security standards, compliance regulations, and guidelines (NIST, FISMA, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of IT service delivery operations.
• Willingness to live in the Indianapolis, IN area and travel to client sites within the region as needed.
