We are currently seeking a Digital General Manager - Launch to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
The General Manager (GM) owns the relationships with a portfolio of Launch clients across a regional territory, with goals including: Driving customer satisfaction, growing regional and account revenue, maximizing account profitability, and building and managing the sales and client partner team in the region. The GM will lead all aspects of the customer engagement for the region, including P&L, account strategy, as well as revenue and service delivery. Successful GMs will collaborate well with client personnel and NTT DATA team members across a variety of roles. The GM's contribution will be measured on business growth and the profitability of client engagements.
