NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking fora Data Team Lead to work remotely with our client.

This person will be responsible for detecting threats and vulnerabilities in target systems, networks, and applications by conducting systems, network and web vulnerability assessment / security testing. The Application Security Tester identifies the security flaws and weaknesses in the systems that can be exploited to cause business risk, and provides crucial insights into the most pressing issues, suggesting how to prioritize security resources.

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of software engineers focused on enabling technical architecture, design, development, and delivery.
• Act as liaison between the business, IT, and the development team.
• Evaluate the information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Deep understanding of architectural standards and best practices on APIs and microservices.
• Displays outward thinking, develops strategies for their full software development life cycle of new and emerging technologies and demonstrates the viability.
• Technical mentoring to improve the analytical and technical skills of team members.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 5 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• 5 years of experience designing and building solutions.
• Significant technical experience as a software developer, software development lead, technical lead, technical architect, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle, API best practices, and DevOps.
• Possesses motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Scrum
