Description Contribute to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and client interviews and research Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner Collaborate with Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in development of feature descriptions and new release content Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for one or more of our products. Collaborate with UX team members, participate in end-user discovery/shadowing to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Engage with solution marketing to promote innovation and differentiation from competition by collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research Perform utilization analytics and invest focus in user engagement tools to consistently aim for best-in-class user delight.
