High-End Residential Estimator with Operations Management Expertise

We're seeking a highly motivated estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our luxury residential projects. You'll leverage your in-depth construction cost knowledge and proven operations management expertise to create accurate estimates, meticulously manage project budgets, and implement strategies to guarantee projects run smoothly from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare comprehensive, accurate cost estimates for high-end residential projects.

· Manage project budgets with a keen eye for detail and track costs meticulously throughout the construction process.

· Develop and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

· Oversee project timelines, ensuring strict adherence to established schedules.

· Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

· Implement and continuously improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in high-end residential.

· Proven ability to create accurate and detailed cost estimates.

· Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs.

· Experience with estimating software (e.g., Planswift, RSMeans)

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

· Proven experience in operations management, including process improvement and problem-solving.
